  • Max has been building things for as long as he can remember, from tiny projects around the house to a family of companies building fine homes throughout the Mountain West. He is passionate about systems, design, and execution and enjoys everything from walking raw land and imagining its future possibilities to putting the finishing touches on a home about to be delivered.

    Max is both a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado as well as a licensed General Contractor.

    Prior to construction, Max worked in the technology world where he was the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Galore, which was acquired by Care.com‍ ‍(NASDAQ: IAC) in 2018.

  • Justin has always known he wanted to work in carpentry and construction. At 15, he started working in a cabinet shop—at 16, he was hired by a contractor building custom mountain homes. Almost thirty years later, he’s become a master at his craft.

    Justin does’t just swing a hammer, though, he’s also a talented manager, having worked on everything from scheduling and project management for a large-scale Denver builder to identifying and optimizing construction efficiencies on high-end remodels throughout the Foothills. There isn’t a problem Justin can’t solve.

  • With over 15 years of experience in project management and architectural design, Jonah brings a deep understanding of residential construction — from initial programming and composition to final execution. His passion for creating beautiful, meaningful spaces that connect people to each other and their environment shapes every project he undertakes.


    Drawing on a diverse portfolio of work across the Pacific Northwest, Colorado, Florida, and the Northeast, Jonah adapts seamlessly to each client’s unique goals and context. His holistic approach blends technical precision with creative vision, ensuring that every design reflects the distinct character and aspirations of those it serves.
